Introduction to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)
This short course introduces you to business processes and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. It lays the foundations for understanding, implementing, and working with Quality Management Systems.

Our introductory module aims to give trainees a strong background knowledge of workplace processes the ISO standard for Quality (ISO 9001). By the end of this module, trainees will be able to:
- Describe how processes operate
- List the phases of Deming’s cycle of continual improvement (PDCA)
- Define ‘Quality’ in a business sense
- Describe the advantages of a Quality Management System
This is an introductory course, designed to provide you with a foundation of knowledge to build on. As such, this course is designed for anyone who wishes to enhance their understanding of ISO 9001.
We assess trainees’ understanding practical exercises and group discussions. There are no formalised assessments for this course.
100% attendance is required for successful completion.
You will be provided with a certificate of attendance once you have completed this course.
