
Sophie brings a wealth of experience in management and business strategy, gained across a range of sectors in both multinational and SME environments. She began her career in higher education, leading outreach initiatives in local schools and colleges, before progressing to team management roles in the financial sector. She later moved into senior management and sales within the food wholesale and distribution industry.
Sophie works closely with clients to tailor consultancy and training packages to meet their specific business needs. She also collaborates with clients to implement, maintain, and audit ISO-certifiable QHSE management systems. Sophie holds a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
