Frank is an assessor and consultant with extensive experience across a diverse range of sectors, including marine engineering, oil and gas, print, and cartography and. He has significant expertise working with ISO-certified QHSE management systems and is an FPAL Auditor. Seeking to provide businesses with more bespoke and impartial support, Frank founded QSE Ltd.

He works closely with clients to develop and implement tailored QHSE management systems that align with ISO standards, driving significant business improvements. Frank also offers ongoing support through auditing, monitoring, maintenance, environmental impact assessments, and legislative compliance services. Additionally, he delivers QSE training courses both in the UK and internationally.

Frank is an IRCA-approved Lead Auditor trainer and holds a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

The process was fantastic!

The process of using the “Perfect Paints” online activity portal as an auditing scenario was fantastic! Given this was an online course, being able to ‘walk around’ a factory to identify issues or engage with ’employees’ was more than just a bit of fun. Add in the role playing of the instructor and it provided a refreshing way to keep delegates engaged in what can be a challenging subject.
