Lynne possesses a diverse skill set and extensive experience, which contribute to her unique attributes as a trainer. She began her career as a pharmacologist, working as a scientific researcher in drug development. She later transitioned to a role as a police officer, specialising in crime prevention and personal safety, applying her expertise to support a wide range of clients across both the public and private sectors. Lynne’s varied career path continued in the local authority education system, where she worked as a teacher before joining QSE Ltd to lead the development of the company’s training courses.

In addition to heading our training programmes, Lynne supports clients by implementing, auditing, and maintaining high-quality ISO-certifiable QHSE management systems. She also holds a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
