Our introductory module aims to give trainees a strong background knowledge of workplace processes and the ISO standard for environmental management (ISO 14001). By the end of this module, trainees will be able to:- Describe how processes operate
- List the phases of Deming’s cycle of continual improvement (PDCA)
- Define the terms ‘aspect’ and ‘impact’
- Explain the key methodology in ISO 14001 for reducing environmental impact
- Describe the advantages of an Environmental Management System
